Gayle Joseph

In late 2013, after many years working for others, Gayle Joseph followed her dream of business ownership and founded Gayle Joseph Group LLC, a full-service integrated marketing communications firm.

But, sometimes the path to our dreams is not a straight line.

In 2014, Gayle was recruited by global PR giant, Edelman, to open the agency's Detroit office and provide oversight of important work in automotive, manufacturing and technology. Then, she had the opportunity to work with JACK Entertainment LLC, one of the largest in the Rock Ventures portfolio of companies owned by Detroit entrepreneur and philanthropist Dan Gilbert. There she was instrumental in the successful launch of the new JACK brand and all communications for the operational transition of the company's Ohio properties. Gayle also led the announcement and grand openings of Wahlburgers restaurants in Michigan and Ohio.

In 2017, Gayle took a leap of faith and returned to Gayle Joseph Group.

Before venturing out on her own in 2013, Gayle had been a managing director at Lambert, Edwards & Associates (Lambert), responsible for oversight of the firm's Detroit office. She also led the firm's automotive practice.

Gayle previously was a vice president at Airfoil Group with oversight of the Microsoft Corporation business, including strategic planning and the activation of measurable public relations programming – product, issues and solution-centric campaigns – across the United States.

In addition to Microsoft, Gayle has worked with a number of other global brands, among them: Continental Automotive, Ford Credit, General Motors, GE Automotive, Guardian Industries, Home Depot, Kelly Services, Kmart, RECARO, R.L. Polk and Sprint. She also has worked with many regional and Michigan-based companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Detroit Medical Center, NTH Consultants, St. John Providence Health System, Taubman Centers and Walsh College.

Today, Gayle brings all of these experiences to our clients, helping each to address challenges, communicate effectively, build trust and bring visibility to their brands.
